Pulse Pal does not record its own output. However if you have a free channel on Pulse Pal and you're using an acquisition system (e.g. Ephys, Miniscope, Fiber photometry), you can set up the spare channel with the same pulse timing as your stimulus and patch it into the acquisition system's DIO interface. Each logic edge received by the acquisition system is typically timestamped on the same clock as the neural data.
